Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre collects what you share here to look into your complaint thoroughly and respond.
What you tell us will be reviewed by the General Manager and, where appropriate, our Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO). Some complaints — especially those involving children, discrimination, harassment, or member protection — must be referred outside the centre. Possible external pathways include:
• Anti-Discrimination NSW (12 months to lodge): antidiscrimination.nsw.gov.au · 1800 670 812
• Australian Human Rights Commission (24 months to lodge): humanrights.gov.au/complaints · 1300 656 419
• Sport Integrity Australia: sportintegrity.gov.au
• Fair Work Commission (stop-bullying / stop-sexual-harassment orders)
• NSW Office of the Children's Guardian (for matters involving children)
• NSW Police (for criminal conduct)
You have the right to escalate to any of these directly at any time — making a complaint to the centre does not limit that right.
Records are kept securely for at least seven years. You can ask the General Manager to see, correct, or remove your information. Australian Privacy Principles apply.
